## About the Role

* Strong SQL capability
 * Hands-on experience delivering reports using:

-QlikView (data loads, scripting, set analysis, dashboards)

-Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, visuals, workspace practices)

-SSRS (report development, datasets, parameters, subscriptions, scheduling)

 * Understanding of data modelling concepts (facts/dimensions, measures, grain, hierarchies).
 * Experience integrating data from multiple systems and dealing with imperfect source data.
 * Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or HTML to support data manipulation, automation, or report customisation.

Analytical & Delivery

 * Ability to convert requirements into clear technical design and deliver working solutions.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills.
 * Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment balancing BAU reporting support with change delivery.

Communication

 * Able to explain data concepts and report logic to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong documentation habits: definitions, assumptions, report purpose, and change notes.

Desirable (Advantageous) Skills & Experience

 * Epicor BisTrack experience (reporting, data structures, operational workflows such as sales orders, purchasing, inventory, pricing, site performance).
 * Exposure to data warehousing / lakehouse concepts and/or modern cloud data platforms.
 * Familiarity with data governance, KPI standardisation, and master data management concepts.

The Data & Reporting Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-led decision making across the organization. This role is predominantly office based., * Reporting & Dashboard Delivery.
