## About the Role

Essential Skills & Experience

 * Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Project Support position.
 * Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
 * Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
 * Experience managing project documentation and version control processes.
 * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills & Experience

 * Experience within construction, engineering, technical services, facilities management, or related sectors.
 * Knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, gates, and barriers.
 * Experience producing as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
 * Familiarity with project management software and document management systems.
 * Understanding of construction project environments and CDM regulations.

## Description

An established and growing technical services business is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Administrator with CAD experience to support the successful delivery of projects across the organisation.

This is a varied role combining project administration, document control, client liaison, and CAD drawing support. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Clients, you will help ensure projects are accurately documented, efficiently coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.

The position also provides CAD support across multiple projects, including updating site drawings, producing installation layouts, marking up design changes, and preparing as-built documentation., Project Administration

 * Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Create, maintain, and update project documentation, records, and filing systems.
 * Support the preparation and distribution of project reports, status updates, and meeting documentation.
 * Coordinate project meetings, maintain project calendars, and assist with project logistics.

Document Control

 * Maintain project documentation and drawing registers.
 * Ensure all project documentation is correctly stored and kept up to date.
 * Issue drawings, specifications, and project documents to clients and site teams.
 * Manage document revisions and maintain strict version control procedures.
 * Assist with the preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and handover packs.

CAD Support

 * Update and amend CAD drawings for project delivery teams.
 * Produce installation drawings, schematic layouts, and mark-up drawings.
 * Generate as-installed and as-built drawings upon project completion.
 * Maintain drawing registers and revision histories.
 * Ensure drawings comply with company standards and client requirements.
 * Support Project Managers and Engineers with drawing-related queries.
