## Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced UAT Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing activities for Financial Crime programs. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing end-to-end UAT execution across AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with business, operations, technology, and regulatory teams within the banking domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the UAT strategy, plan, scope, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate with Business Analysts, SMEs, Product Owners, Operations, and Technology teams.Review business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.Lead test scenario and test case design aligned to business processes and regulatory requirements.Manage UAT execution, defect triage, retesting, and closure activities.Track testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.Facilitate daily status meetings and
