As a product partner, you will: * Push back constructively to find better solutions, change scope, or re-plan for faster delivery based on your deep understanding of technical constraints and opportunities. * Apply strong product sense to help PMs understand what's possible and what's expensive, finding opportunities where technically easier solutions are also better for users. * Balance trade-offs between speed and quality with confidence, and partner with PM to shape technical strategy and roadmap-not just execute it. As a people leader, you will: * Build team capability and independence, matching challenging work to engineers who can handle it while staying on top of accountability without micromanaging. * Be a force multiplier by removing blockers, providing context, and making good technical calls that make the team more productive. * Recruit and grow engineers pragmatically, focusing on what actually helps people develop rather than ritual.
