This leadership role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and HIPAA-compliant technology systems that support staff, clients, and organizational growth. The Director of IT will provide hands-on technical leadership while managing vendors, technology assets, budgets, and long-term IT planning., The Director of Information Technology oversees all technology systems, infrastructure, and security for Fernbrook Family Center. This role ensures effective day-to-day IT operations, manages technology vendors and software systems, and supports agency staff through troubleshooting, training, and strategic planning.
