 * Fiabilité de workflows métiers critiques : Garantir le 'zéro défaut' sur des processus automatisés qui soutiennent la croissance.
 * Intégration complexe de services : Assurer une communication fluide et résiliente au sein d'un environnement distribué (APIs multiples).
 * Refactoring & Évolution d'architecture : Restructurer et moderniser une architecture mature pour accompagner le passage à l'échelle.
 * Data Management : Maîtriser et optimiser la gestion de volumes importants de données variées (SQL, flux vidéo, données utilisateurs).
 * Industrialisation de l'IA : Intégrer les outils d'IA générative directement dans les workflows (code, opérations, outils internes) avec un niveau d'exigence maximal sur la qualité, la cohérence et la maintenabilité à long terme.

Environnement technique : Python / Django ou FastAPI, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS (ECS, Lambda).
