## Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who is driven and willing to undertake great challenges, to manage test projects by coordinating reliability and test teams assets, capture constraints from all stakeholders and feeding back clear test dashboards, so that accurate data is supporting the organization's efforts in developing uncompromised and reliable vehicle products.
What You'll Do

 * Own the scope, schedule, implementation and tracking of test projects and results from start to finish
 * Set goals, track deliverables, manage expectations, identify risk and drive mitigations across all stages of the project
 * Work with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Service Engineering, Supply Chain and the engineering leadership team to gather new requirements scope and timelines and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution
 * Aide in driving conversations and issues to closure, defining next steps, and ensuring follow-ups are owned
 * Influence without reporting structure and operate without guidance
 * Resolve conflict productively across teams
 * Maximize productivity in a constantly changing environment of shifting priorities
