This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to sit at the centre of business, technology and transformation, helping an established insurance group move from AI strategy into practical adoption and measurable value. ## Description A leading specialty insurance group is looking for an AI Strategy and Adoption Manager to support a major transformation programme across the business on a 2 year FTC. This will be focusing on applied AI, workflow automation, business adoption, governance and measurable value. The successful candidate will work closely with business, technology, data, risk and compliance stakeholders to identify practical AI and automation opportunities, assess feasibility, support business case development and help scale solutions responsibly.
