## About the Role

* Strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4, with exposure to the full project lifecycle.
 * Ideally experience across all RIBA Stages (0-7).
 * Highly technical with excellent construction and detailing knowledge.
 * Advanced Revit proficiency and confidence working in a BIM-led environment.
 * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
 * Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
 * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
 * Able to manage multiple technical workstreams on complex projects.

 * Data Centres
 * Mission Critical Facilities

Alternatively

 * Industrial & Logistics
 * Advanced Manufacturing
 * Large-scale Residential
 * Commercial or mixed-use developments with significant technical complexity

Desirable

 * Experience working on Design & Build projects.
 * Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.

## Description

* Deliver architectural packages across all RIBA Work Stages, with particular strength in Stages 3-4 (Spatial & Technical Design).
 * Develop detailed, coordinated technical design information suitable for planning, tender and construction.
 * Produce high-quality Revit models and construction documentation.
 * Coordinate closely with structural, MEP and specialist consultants to resolve complex technical interfaces.
 * Participate in design reviews, technical workshops and client meetings.
 * Support project delivery through construction, responding to RFIs and site queries where required.
 * Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme, budget and quality objectives.
 * Mentor junior team members and contribute to BIM best practice across the team.
