## Description

As CRM Administrator, you will:

 * Support and optimise the Group HubSpot platform
 * Drive CRM best practice, governance and user adoption
 * Build and maintain workflows and automation that improve efficiency
 * Create impactful dashboards, reports and management information
 * Deliver CRM training and onboarding for new users
 * Manage integrations with third-party platforms
 * Ensure CRM data remains accurate, compliant and reliable
 * Support marketing activity, lead generation and business growth
 * Champion smarter ways of working through technology and automation
 * Manage user permissions, licences and access controls
 * Support database imports, migrations and system enhancements
