* Lead and develop SAP technology consulting teams
 * Drive SAP transformation programmes across RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and AI-enabled solutions
 * Advise enterprise customers on SAP architecture, cloud strategy, and technology roadmaps
 * Support business development, pre-sales, and strategic customer engagements
 * Ensure delivery excellence, quality, and customer success
 * Build capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and recruitment
 * Promote innovation across SAP technologies including SAP BTP, SAP ABAP Cloud, SAP Fiori/UI5, RAP & CDS Views, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Joule and AI solutions
