You are analytical, proactive, and able to connect business goals with technical execution while collaborating effectively with diverse teams. * 2+ years of experience in Product Owner or similar Product roles, preferably within the iGaming industry. * Strong experience working with Agile development teams and product delivery frameworks. * Ability to transform business ideas into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and development requirements. * Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity to understand user needs and identify improvement opportunities. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders. * Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify solutions and drive initiatives forward. * Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. * Ability to analyze product performance and user behavior is a plus. * Experience with FullStory, BI dashboards, product analytics tools, or experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing is a plus. * Basic understanding of software development processes and engineering workflows is beneficial. * Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner, or similar are considered an advantage. ## Description This role offers the opportunity to shape engaging digital products within a fast-paced and innovative iGaming environment. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for transforming business needs into clear product initiatives and actionable development tasks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. The position requires a strong understanding of user needs, agile delivery, and continuous product improvement. You will play a key role in prioritizing features, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that every release creates value for both users and the business. This is a fully remote opportunity with an international team culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and growth. Accountabilities: As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of product execution by translating strategic objectives and business requirements into well-defined solutions that development teams can deliver effectively.
