* Du installierst, konfigurierst und administrierst IT-Systeme und Netzwerkinfrastruktur.
 * Du betreust Mitarbeiter/-innen bei IT-Fragen und Problemen im Rahmen des IT-Helpdesk.
 * Du begleitest im Team IT-Projekte und lernst wie solche geplant, durchgeführt und dokumentiert werden.
 * Du überwachst laufende IT-Systemprozesse im Rahmen der Security und Backup.
 * Du lernst den Umgang sowohl mit Windows-, Linux-Serversystemen als auch mit Virtualisierung.
