* Several years of experience in SAP consulting with proven leadership or team management experience

 * Understanding of modern SAP architectures, Clean Core principles, and cloud transformation

## Description

* Lead and develop a team of SAP consultants delivering innovative cloud transformation projects
 * Build team capability across SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP, BTP, AI, and Clean Core approaches
 * Support consultants in their technical growth, certifications, and career development
 * Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
 * Support project delivery, quality management, resource planning, and customer satisfaction
 * Identify new opportunities and contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution design
 * Drive adoption of new SAP technologies, including SAP Joule, Business AI, automation, and cloud solutions
 * Collaborate with architects, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to continuously improve SAP services, As SAP Team Leader, you will not only deliver and be hands-on in SAP projects, you will build the people, capabilities, and solutions that shape the future of SAP consulting.
