 * Erstellung von Konzepten und Spezifikationen für die technische Umsetzung
 * Durchführung von Tests sowie Qualitätssicherung neuer Lösungen
 * Dokumentation von Prozessen sowie Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen
 * Durchführung interner Trainings für Anwender
 * Unterstützung im SAP-Support für interne Nutzer
