* IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung

## Description

* Betreuung definierter Kundenumgebungen im Rahmen bestehender Servicevereinbarungen sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs von Microsoft-Client- und Serverlandschaften.
 * Administration und Pflege zentraler Systeme wie Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Fileserver und Netzwerkkomponenten.
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Nutzung eines zentralen Monitoring- und RMM-Systems zur Überwachung der Systemumgebungen.
 * Überprüfung von Backup- und Sicherheitskonzepten, Verwaltung von Benutzern und Berechtigungen sowie Unterstützung bei Systemupdates, Migrationen und kleineren Infrastrukturprojekten.
 * Dokumentation der betreuten Systemlandschaften und Serviceprozesse sowie die enge Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam und dem 3rd-Level-Support bei komplexeren Fragestellungen.
