 * Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Sicherheit der IT-Systeme
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im Rahmen des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen und technischen Richtlinien
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern
