## Description

* Konzeption, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung des Ecosystems der Technischen Information einschließlich der Integration sowie Bereitstellung von Datenquellen, Systemen und Schnittstellen im Customer Service
 * Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung von Tools im Umfeld technischer Informationen (bspw. Diagnoseapplikationen, Redaktionssysteme und Datenbanksysteme)
 * Mitgestaltung von Anforderungs-, Governance- und Wissensmanagement für die Verarbeitung und Bereitstellung technischer Informationen
 * Sicherstellung der System- und Informationsqualität durch Validierung und Weiterentwicklung von Testprozessen
 * Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Datenverteilungen, Releases und Systemänderungen
 * Analyse, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen sowie Steuerung der Lösungsfindung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
