Diagnose und Lösung von IT-Problemen wie Software- und Hardwarestörungen, Anwendungsfehlern oder Netzwerkproblemen
Dokumentation von Supportanfragen, durchgeführten Maßnahmen und Lösungen
Aktive Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Endgeräten und Anwendungen für Benutzer
Schulung von Benutzern bei der Nutzung von IT-Systemen und Anwendungen
