 * Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-Architekturen (Azure, AWS, GCP), On-Prem-Lösungen , containerisierte Umgebungen und Infrastructure as Code
 * Erfahrung mit Big-Data-Ökosystemen (z. B. Apache Spark, Kafka), NoSQL-Technologien und Cloud Services
 * End-to-End-Erfahrung : Daten-/ETL-Pipelines, ML-Modelle, Integration und Bereitstellung in bestehende IT-Systeme
 * Entwicklung von ML-Applikationen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Python und/oder R , SQL
 * Aktuelles Know-how zu GenAI, RAG und Agentic AI sowie Interesse an stabilen, produktiven Kundenlösungen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) , verhandlungssicheres Englisch sowie ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
