## About the Role

5-7+ years of experience in Network Engineering in advanced or senior roles.
Proven experience in Datacenter and/or Service Provider environments.
Routing & Switching
Strong expertise in BGP (design, policies, communities, route?maps, troubleshooting).
Advanced knowledge of at least one IGP (ISIS preferred, OSPF also valued).
Experience working in multivendor environments (Cisco or equivalent carrier/Datacenter platforms).
Datacenter & VXLAN/EVPN
VXLAN/EVPN (EVPN control plane and VXLAN data plane).
Use of VNIs, VRFs, Anycast Gateway, and redundancy technologies such as vPC or equivalents.
Backbone & MPLS
Experience with carrier/backbone routers (Cisco IOS?XR).
Strong knowledge of MPLS and L3VPN.
SR?MPLS or Traffic Engineering (desirable).
Internet edge operations using BGP (transit, peering, routing policies).
Key Skills and Expected Impact
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Technical leadership, influencing architectural design and strategic decisions.
Clear and effective communication of complex concepts to technical and non?technical stakeholders.
Structured troubleshooting mindset focusing on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
