* 3+ years of hands-on transaction monitoring, real-time fraud operations, or KYT surveillance in high-volume fintechs
 * Subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring, payment flows, velocity patterns, and regulatory frameworks (FATF, EU Directives, PSD3/SCA)
 * Proficiency with data tools and basic SQL; experience with Looker, Splunk, HEX, or Redshift preferred
 * Track record of identifying gaps in automated detection models and turning them into monitoring scenarios
 * Leadership and coaching experience to elevate team capabilities
 * Strong analytical communication translating complex data into actionable insights
 * High attention to detail and ethical judgment in risk incidents

## Description
