Comfortable working with global business and product teams. Experience in translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, test cases and helping drive testing and delivery. Proven ability to troubleshoot platform issues and drive resolution across technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Experience supporting training and change management initiatives. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Ability to travel up to 10%.
