## About the Role

* Min 8+ years of experience in the IT industry in professional services with deep domain experience in Pharma commercial business processes and associated technology platforms and systems that support the business

 * Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization

 * Experience in the Veeva Commercial product such as Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats and Medcoms as Business Analyst

 * Experience in working with Medical Legal Regulatory process

## Description

* The Commercial Pharma Business Analyst will be responsible for soliciting and documenting requirements

 * Partner with client Commercial Sales and Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders to develop business processes and implement related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities

 * Document Business and Functional Requirements

 * Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Veeva CRM & Vault and related technologies

 * Developing system/user testing scenarios and checklists based on the business process and requirements

 * Assist with updates of user training documentation - Quick Reference Guides; User Guides.
