* Proven experience in IT management, systems administration, or data management.
 * Experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, cybersecurity, and business systems.
 * Experience with SQL databases, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
 * A practical problem solver who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

## Description

* Lead and develop our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems.
 * Manage and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft 365.
 * Drive digital transformation projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
 * Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of networks, servers, and devices.
 * Work with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, finance, sales, and customer service to identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Manage external IT partners and technology suppliers.
 * Champion data quality, governance, and continuous improvement throughout the business.
 * Deliver meaningful business insights through dashboards, reporting, and data analysis.
