## Description

We're supporting a key organisation in securing an experienced Technical Lead to act as a technical lead to take ownership of their live technology estate, ensuring stability, resilience, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role, working across architecture, operations, and third-party service delivery to ensure systems are effectively transitioned into BAU and optimised over time., * Lead technical oversight of the live IT estate, ensuring stability, performance, and resilience

 * Work closely with architecture teams to transition solutions into operational service
 * Provide governance and oversight of managed service providers, ensuring quality delivery
 * Review and assess technical changes, focusing on risk, impact, and alignment
 * Drive incident analysis and root cause resolution across complex environments
 * Maintain and improve technical documentation, standards, and architecture artefacts
 * Support platform lifecycle management (upgrades, patching, decommissioning)
 * Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure-by-design principles are embedded
 * Facilitate technical reviews with stakeholders and contribute to technology roadmap planning
