## Description

across the 3 businesses on site, handle completion of activities from start to finish, raise purchase orders and work orders, as well as completing data entry for work programming and reports. Support where appropriate the local Technicians with administration ensuring efficiency of maintenance is achieved.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Monitor inboxes and workflow queues and assist in dealing with short term to long term project deliveries and service contract. Support the delivery of the site annual shutdown. Maintain direct contact and organise contractors work, support them whilst on site, & issue any permits required. Liaise with relevant departments to provide support and maintain effective communication. Work order creation and allocation, assisting the Project Manager and Engineering Manager with scheduling of responsive and planned workloads. Work with the team to maintain accurate reports and ensure service compliance is met, ensuring all records are maintained and
