The ideal candidate will have strong experience in critical power and cooling systems, capacity planning, infrastructure resiliency, and construction/commissioning for data centers and a proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective physical infrastructure solutions., * Strong working knowledge of data center critical infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and structured cabling systems, with an engineering or technical discipline background. * Experience with critical electrical infrastructure such as utility service, switchgear, generators, UPS, and power distribution. * Experience with cooling and mechanical systems supporting data centers. * Proven delivery of solutions that meet availability, redundancy, quality, and budget requirements. * Experience supporting budgets, vendor cost management, and capital projects for data center initiatives. * Demonstrated partnership with Real Estate, Critical Systems, Construction, and Technology teams to deliver outcomes. * Track record of leading or managing projects that improve reliability, efficiency, or standardization. * Applied knowledge of engineering standards, operational procedures, and continuous improvement practices. * Experience working in large, complex, and preferably global organizations, including matrixed environments and distributed teams. * Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present technical and operational information to peers and management.
