## About the Role

* 1+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Familiarity with Windows environments and PC hardware
 * Experience with ticketing systems preferred
 * Degree or equivalent technical experience preferred

## Description

We're seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Support professional to join a collaborative IT team. This role will provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist end users with day-to-day technology needs., * Respond to and resolve Level 1 support tickets

 * Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and user access issues
 * Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff
 * Provide hands-on desktop and end-user support
 * Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system
