## About the Role

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to a variety of IT responsibilities and the opportunity to develop alongside an expanding organization., * Previous help desk or desktop support experience, or a recent IT graduate with relevant internship experience.

 * Working knowledge of:
 + Microsoft 365
 + Active Directory
 + Windows desktop operating systems
 + Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Excellent customer service mindset.
 * Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative IT team.
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience supporting a small to mid-sized organization is preferred.
 * Spanish language skills are a strong plus.

## Description

* Provide Tier I/II help desk and desktop support for end users.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user administration.
 * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and equipment setup.
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware.
 * Document support requests and resolutions.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a busy user community.
 * Assist with additional IT projects as needed.
 * Occasional local travel may be required.
 * Participate in an on-call rotation in the future as the team grows.
