## About the Role

* 3-5 years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in an L2 support role.
 * Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Windows 10/11, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), and PowerShell.
 * Experience with ticketing systems and technical documentation.
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 * Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, SonicWall, UniFi, NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, or similar technologies is a plus.
 * Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or similar) is preferred.
 * Valid driver's license required.
 * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

## Description

* Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and business applications.
 * Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID, including user accounts, password resets, licensing, and MFA.
 * Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations and perform hardware deployments and imaging.
 * Assist with server room activities, including hardware installations, cabling, equipment maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
 * Respond to security alerts, document findings, and coordinate with the managed IT provider.
 * Monitor system performance, backups, and network connectivity, escalating issues when necessary.
 * Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventory, and change records.
 * Coordinate with software and equipment vendors to resolve technical issues.
