The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a positive attitude, take initiative, and be dependable., * Maintain and update the litigation docketing system, including calendaring court dates, deadlines, and other critical events * Monitor and track case-related deadlines and ensure timely notifications to attorneys and staff * Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, practice coordinators, and other staff to ensure accurate and timely docketing of all litigation matters * Review and analyze court documents, pleadings, and correspondence to identify relevant dates and deadlines * Prepare and distribute docket reports and reminders to attorneys and staff * Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures * Answer procedural questions related to date calculations and filing requirements * Assists in the downloading of documents and updating internal databases * Provide support for other administrative tasks related to litigation and dispute resolution * Assist other practice group support members with overflow work and provide backup support as requested Other duties Please note this job description does not cover or contain all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
