## About the Role

* BS or BA degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
 * 1+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
 * 1+ years of experience with enterprise data (SQL and/or data warehouse environment)
 * 1+ years of experience working in a collaboration platform such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar (Jira, Trello,etc)
 * Requires superior teamwork skills.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills area must; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional manner.
 * Excellent analytical andproblem-solvingskills are essential.
 * Mustpossessa personal sense of urgency.
 * Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities.
 * Superior customer service skills.
 * Excellent time management and organizational skills arerequired.
 * Excellent attention to detail.
 * Large-scale multi-site IS operations experience.
 * PC Hardware and peripheral experience.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft productivity applications.
 * Knowledge of browser-based technology.

The Business IntelligenceSpecialist2is a developmentteam memberfor the Business Intelligence team andis responsible forthe independent development of quality, on-time solutions. The role requires a passion for data and technology, an understanding of business processes and goals, and the ability to combine these specialties into actionable business intelligence solutions for a rapidly growing organization.

This job will have access to confidential and sensitiveinformation, andtherefore requires ongoing discretion and strict compliancetoall information security policies.

Responsibilities

 * Develop data and analytical solutions to meet business needs
 * Collaborate with the BI team and keep the projects on time and tracked accurately in TFS
 * Acquirean in-depth understanding of the organization's source systems
 * Acquirean in-depth understanding ofall ofthe business intelligence toolset
 * Acquirean in-depth understanding of the Select business units, theirprocesses,and goals
 * Coordinate testing to ensure all BI solutionsmeetthe highest quality standards
 * Provide insights,recommendations,and strategies to continuously improve processes and workflow
 * Complete special projects and other functions, asrequired
