We are looking for someone who loves to build relationships with company leaders and employees. About the role: * Our implementation team ensures our clients have a flawless first impression of Nextep. By managing the client process for the first 90-120 days, you'll oversee the client experience and transition them to their new service team. * Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and requirements. Gather and analyze data to determine the appropriate HR solutions and services required for each client * Develop and manage project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure timely implementation * Ideally, you're a natural communicator and presenter.
