## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
 * Skills in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
 * Minimum of 3-5 years live event industry experience.
 * Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications.

PREFFERED:

 * Understanding of grand format printing and special event graphics production.
 * Understanding of graphic production process in order to recommend correct materials for specificapplications.
 * At least two years of face-to-face client interaction.
 * At least 3 years of project management experience.

## Description

The Sponsorship Solutions Manager applies intermediate industry knowledge to communicate and harmonize Freeman client's sponsorship production requirements between sales and graphic production; improvingefficiencies, controlling costs and providing a seamless flow of information. Works with clients, the account team,graphic production, and delivery prior to, during, and after the event to ensure successful fulfilment of allsponsorship., * Act as subject matter expert for internal and external team members.

 * Create custom Envision sites.
 * Provide budgetary support during RFP process and manage budget tracking during event planning andpreparation.
 * Attend site visits and client meetings.
 * Provide consultation on sponsorship opportunities with a strategic approach.
 * Provide graphic technical expertise for the production of sponsorship graphics.
 * Establishe deadlines for optimum production lead time.
 * Manage fulfillment of sponsorship for standard and custom elements from activations to graphics to includeturnkeys.
 * Write and manage sponsorship graphic, furniture and labor orders utilizing internal systems.
 * Maintain sponsorship opportunity tracker and provide projections to delivery and graphics.
 * Supervise onsite execution of sponsorship.
 * Complete post show invoicing to ensure pricing is accurate to SOW.
