RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide pre-construction support * Manage submittal and RFI processes for specific definable features of work (DFW), utilizing PMA and other programs completely to closure. * Evaluate and distribute project design and engineering documents * Prepare team for site mobilization and research living arrangements * Prepare turnover binder templates and assist with pre-mobilization kickoff meetings * Arrange short form subcontracts with local entities (power, trailers, housing) * Draft subcontracts and purchase agreements * Utilize Best Practice Database for SWIs, quality documents, prep meetings * Manage QA/QC as per Project Quality Plan and oversee inventory process * Coordinate DFW prep meetings, inspections, and punch list final inspections, As a top builder, developer, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), our expertise spans markets like sports, renewable energy, data centers, healthcare, and more.
