## About the Role

CompTIA Security+ CE certfication required prior to starting

Minimum 3+ years of relevant IT experience

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) workstation and other key operating systems

Experience using other MS office products

Ability to install and maintain MS Operating systems on devices and associated peripherals

Ability to install new software releases, system upgrades, patches and resolve software/hardware related issues

Provide dedicated Closed Area Support

Provide software/hardware support to desktops, laptops and workstations in Closed Areas
