## Description

Experteer Overview In this Senior UX Designer role, you drive Schwab's digital experiences through design systems, brand expression, and modernization efforts across web and mobile. You'll work with cross-functional partners to define problems, craft scalable solutions, and elevate design quality at scale. Your work shapes the long-term experience ecosystem and helps Schwab differentiate its digital products. This is an on-site, collaborative role focused on impactful design leadership within the Creative Direction team.
