* 84 months of experience designing and documenting technical solutions and the test plans needed to validate that the business/system needs and requirements are met.
 * 60 Months experience creating and executing test scripts for Quality assurance, User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance Testing using tools such as Quality Center, Loadrunner, Selenium and PeopeSoft Testing Framework.
 * 36 months of experience developing, troubleshooting or providing production support of customizations, interfaces and programs in a PeopleSoft 9.x Financials environment utilizing PeopleTools and Oracle Data Integrator.
 * 24 Months serving in a technical lead capacity in a PeopleSoft ERP in any combination of at least two of the following modules

 + General Ledger
 + Commitment Control
 + Project Costing
 + Inventory
 + Real Estate Assets
 + Asset Management
 + Grants, The consultant will be performing application development tasks including:
 * Automating test scripts executions
 * Test data set creation
 * Writing and executing Test Plans
 * Researching, resolving, and testing defects
 * Participating in all phases of the Systems development life cycle including Application Testing (Unit, Functional, Integration, User Acceptance Testing) and Performance Testing.
 * Special projects as required
 * Training other staff
