As one of its new capabilities, Financial Analytics will play an essential role in shaping the future of GloBuS through advanced analytics products and AI-enabled solutions. This is an opportunity to join at the beginning, help shape a new capability and make a lasting impact. The Financial Analytics Senior Product Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering data and AI-enabled products that improve financial decision-making and business outcomes. Acting as the bridge between finance, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams, this role identifies high-value opportunities, translates business challenges into scalable analytics products, and drives successful adoption and value realization. The role owns the product vision and roadmap of Financial
Analytics initiatives across the end-to-end lifecycle, from opportunity identification and use case definition through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement. Across Finance the role drives a product-oriented culture, strengthens data-driven decision-making capabilities, and promotes effective adoption of analytics, AI and digital solutions., This role partners closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, orchestrates definition of product requirements, and identifies opportunities to create measurable business value through analytics and AI. The role supports product discovery and coordinates delivery activities by translating business needs into scalable solutions and enabling cross-functional execution across GloBuS, Global DX, and business teams. To be successful in this role, it requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts in simple business language while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes.
The role focuses on the following key responsibility areas:

 * Define and maintain the product vision, objectives and roadmap of Financial Analytics products in alignment with business priorities, including business cases and success metrics for value realization
 * Lead the product backlog prioritization and manage tradeoffs between business value, feasibility, scalability, speed, quality and risk
 * Orchestrate cross functional product delivery across GloBuS Data Insights, Global DX and business teams, including release planning, implementation and integration into operational decision-making processes
 * Drive adoption, product performance and governance by defining change activities, measuring usage and outcomes, ensuring responsible AI and analytics standards, and promoting reuse of product capabilities across business areas
 * Contribute to product discovery by translating business challenges into prioritized product opportunities, product requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria, Planning
