## Description

A well-established law firm is looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead its software development function and help drive the delivery of high-quality business-critical applications.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management with technical oversight. You'll work closely with IT and business stakeholders to improve development processes, support software delivery and guide technical decisions., * Lead and mentor the development function.

 * Improve SDLC, Agile and DevOps practices.
 * Drive engineering standards and software quality.
 * Support architecture, release management and technical delivery.
 * Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
