Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills * Experience with React Native (preferred) and/or hybrid approaches, with the ability to make sound build-vs-buy and native-vs-cross-platform trade-offs. * Experience designing and implementing shared design systems across iOS and Android (consistent UI patterns, accessibility standards, component libraries). * Experience with CI/CD for mobile (e.g., build automation, signing, distribution, feature flags, release trains). * Experience with observability and production support practices: crash analytics, performance monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational readiness. * Experience leading multiple engineers/teams (people leadership or strong matrix leadership), including planning, prioritization, and delivery management. ## Description As a Senior Lead Mobile Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the International Consumer Bank, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our native mobile platform across iOS and Android.
