Imagine being a lead designer in our team, you'll be fundamental to leading and delivering strategic, LSEG-wide customer experience initiatives. You'll work collaboratively with the team to craft concepts and deliver responsive design experiences for LSEGs digital ecosystem. Involving the end user in your designs and liaising directly with product owners, technical architects and technology partners, we also like to mix quantitative analysis to the qualitative feedback loop. Taking ownership to drive consistency of UX, while being inspired by our strong Brand architecture, you can call on the expertise of our dedicated Experience Fundamentals function and use our Design System to accelerate you in our agile working practices. This role should attract a highly creative teammate at pace with the latest service design and interaction design trends as well as a deep knowledge of user experience principles.
