You will make sure about our roadmaps, prioritising features with greatest business value and supporting the business in realising the expected benefits from software development. It has three key components to it which are explained in more detail below: * Being a Product Owner (likely 50% of the time) and leading by example with their interactions with Business Leaders / Technology / Implementations * Collaborate with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to deliver the development of our integrated vision and strategy for Pension Administration applications across Aptia. * Lead a team of Product Owners / Analysts both technically (standards, Agile ways of working and problem solving) and people leadership (people development, recruitment, performance management) This is a hybrid position where you will work from any of our UK Aptia offices (London or Chichester preferred), as well as from your home address.
