## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a major engineering and rail infrastructure project based in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-profile programme by ensuring project data is accurately captured, maintained, and managed across multiple systems., Accurately input, update, and maintain project data across internal databases and document management systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before processing.
Manage and organise project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Support engineering, commercial, and project teams by maintaining accurate records.
Process large volumes of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues where appropriate.
Produce reports and spreadsheets to support project tracking and administration.
Ensure documentation complies with project quality standards and data governance requirements.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the project team.
