## About the Role

* A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (UX + UI)
 * 5+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards or complex web apps
 * Expertise in Twig, JavaScript & CSS (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
 * Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, ideation, structure, interaction design
 * Ability to simplify large datasets, technical tools or multi-step workflows
 * Confident communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly
 * Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
 * Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices
 * Bonus: experience with marketplace design, data visualisation or search interfaces

## Description

* Lead end-to-end product design: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
 * Translate complex workflows (search, filters, dashboards, submissions) into simple, elegant user experiences
 * Develop and maintain a scalable design system for multiple platforms
 * Collaborate closely with CTO and Engineers from concept to deployment
 * Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate based on real user behaviour
 * Create user journeys and interaction patterns that improve clarity and efficiency
 * Ensure consistency, accessibility and responsiveness across all products
 * Produce polished UI designs with a strong eye for detail, spacing and hierarchy
 * Contribute to long-term product vision and strategic decision-making
 * Advocate for user-centred design while balancing business goals and technical constraints
