technologies that enable and drive new business designs and modelsPreferably, you are already ITIL or IBCS certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support Excellent collaboration and communications skills to deal with senior leaders, stakeholders and executives and to build and nurture business relationshipsFlexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideasIf you are excited about this role but your experience does not align perfectly with everything outlined, or you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.
