## Description

* Administration, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Microsoft Active Directory (On-Premises) sowie Microsoft Entra ID (Cloud)
 * Umsetzung und Automatisierung von Identity Lifecycle-Prozessen (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
 * Verwaltung von Benutzern, Gruppen und Berechtigungen in Exchange Online
 * Administration von Mailboxen, Shared Mailboxes und Verteilergruppen
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien mit Conditional Access, MFA und Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
 * Integration von Microsoft-Diensten wie Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams und Microsoft Defender in bestehende Identity- und Access-Management-Prozesse
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Audits sowie Einhaltung von Compliance- und Sicherheitsanforderungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen IT-Security, Compliance und HR
