 * Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Planung und Moderation von Workshops mit Fachbereichen und Management
 * Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Definition des fachlichen Projektumfangs (Scope)
 * Entwicklung von Zielprozessen, Handlungsempfehlungen und Transformations-Roadmaps
 * Einsatz von SAP Signavio für Prozessmanagement, Prozessdokumentation und die Vorbereitung erfolgreicher SAP-Transformationen
