## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager im Tech-/IT-Umfeld.
 * Tiefes Verständnis von SDLC, DevOps sowie CI/CD-Prozessen und -Werkzeugen.
 * Erfahrung mit komplexen technischen Produkten und Plattformen - idealerweise mandantenfähig und cloud-native.
 * Fähigkeit, Technologie (insbesondere KI) in messbaren Business-Mehrwert zu übersetzen.
 * Erfahrung mit AI/ML, GenAI, Agenten-Frameworks oder Developer Tooling von Vorteil.
 * Kenntnisse moderner Softwarearchitekturen (Microservices, Cloud-native, Event-Streaming).
 * Ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, strategisches wie umsetzungsorientiertes Denken, Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten.

## Description

Die Software Factory ist unsere inhouse entwickelte, mandantenfähige AI-Agent-Plattform zur Automatisierung des gesamten Software Development Lifecycle. Der Grundgedanke: KI-Agenten übernehmen wiederkehrende Aufgaben in Coding, Testing, Refactoring und Dokumentation, während zentrale Governance, Kostentransparenz und Human-in-the-Loop-Kontrolle jederzeit gewahrt bleiben. Statt dass jedes Team seine eigene KI-Toolchain aufbaut und betreibt, stellt die Software Factory diese Fähigkeit als geteilte Plattform bereit - mit dem Ziel, sie allen Entwicklungsteams von 1&1 zugänglich zu machen. In der Rolle als Product Owner AI Software Factory (w/m/d) liegt die Verantwortung für Vision, Roadmap und Wertschöpfung dieser Plattform. Wir suchen Sie an unseren Standorten in Karlsruhe, Montabaur, Frankfurt oder Krefeld.

 * Entwicklung und Skalierung der Produktvision der Software Factory mit klarem KI- und Automatisierungsfokus.
 * Aufbau und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs für KI-Agenten und Plattformfunktionalitäten entlang des SDLC.
 * Steuerung der Entwicklung KI-basierter Workflows für Coding, Testing, Refactoring und Dokumentation.
 * Definition von End-to-End-Prozessen und User Journeys inklusive Human-in-the-Loop-Gates.
 * Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Workflow-Library mit Lifecycle-Management sowie der KPI- und Kosten-Dashboards für Governance auf Projekt-, Workflow- und Run-Ebene.
 * Integration in bestehende Toolchains (Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence) und 1&1-Standards über zentral gehostete MCP-Server.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit AI/ML-, MLOps-, DevOps- und Plattform-Teams sowie Begleitung von Rollout, Enablement und Change-Management.
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Compliance, Security und EU-Datensouveränität für KI-generierten Code in Abstimmung mit Governance-, Security- und Legal-Teams.
